Every time you order a bag from, you get a free pocket-size jotter with stickers from us. It is our way of saying thank you for trusting us. If unfortunately the free jotters are out of stock as at the time of your order, you may not get one. If you want to be sure that your package will include our free jotters, please contact us to ensure that the free notepads are available at the time of your order. Production of our bags

Most our bags are made and produced in our factories in Nigeria by skilled bag making professionals. The rest are imported from trusted manufacturers around the world. All materials for locally produced bags are sourced in Nigeria. Due to availability of materials available in local markets, colours of locally produced bags may vary slightly from pictures advertised. We produce new batches of bags every week and may not be about to take fresh pictures for advertisements each time. Regardless we never compromise our standards and use only the best quality materials to produce our bags.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Digital goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or reach out to us on our social media platforms, and send your item to warehouse. Please contact us directly for the respective warehouse address for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PS: If you were given free delivery on your original order, the cost of delivery incurred will be deducted from your total payment, and the balance will be refunded.


To return exchange your item, please contact us directly in order to make the arrangements for the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product pictures

Some of the images of our products posted online are edited to look perfect in order to maintain the beauty of our online presence. Some of images are taken with camera phones and edited to look sharp. There may be some slight differences between the accessories used in the images posted and the accessories used in the bags in stock, due to the fluctuation of available accessories and materials in the Nigerian market. Customers are free to request for phone camera pictures of the available product before making their purchase. We will not return products based on slight differences between images posted and products sold as long as product quality is not compromised.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
